Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
Once you have placed your order at www.eanos.nl, we immediately begin processing it to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.
In case of any congestion, both at Eanos and the postal processing company, there might be a possibility of delay in your order. We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.
The prices listed on our website exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart after you have added your products.
Delivery is carried out through the parcel delivery service of PostNL for Dutch customers.
You will receive a shipping confirmation after we have handed over the package to the carrier.
Generally, delivery will take place on the next working day between 8:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the timing of delivery.

Have you accidentally provided the wrong delivery address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at infot@eanos.nl.
We will then try to change your order as quickly as possible and ensure that your order is sent to the correct delivery address.
Cooling-off Period & Returns
As a customer at Eanos, you have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving your order. Article 5 of our general terms and conditions contains the right of withdrawal. In article 22 of our general terms and conditions, you will find more information about exchanging/returning goods.

Warranty & Complaints
Warranty
Eanos has set a period of 14 days within which the customer may be eligible for warranty. This 14-day period starts from the moment the customer receives his/her order.
Legally, you are obliged to report any defects to us within two months of noticing them. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
If you have any complaints, we ask you to make them known to us as soon as possible via an email to info@eanos.nl.
When filing a complaint, please be as detailed as possible, so that we have a clear understanding of what the complaint is, and can find a suitable solution with you as quickly as possible.
